It's okay to cry once in a while when things are awfully bad.
But you also need to stand up, don't just cry and wait for something to happen, you need to do something.
Whether it's to stand up for yourself or for others, whether it's to try to fix the problem, you've got to at least try to make a change.
May it be family problems, problems about your love life, friendship or something else.
Nothing is going to happen if you just silently cry and wait for someone or something else to fix it.
You could also try talking to other people about it, try telling them how you feel, one way or another it's still better than keeping everything to yourself, and waiting for a miracle.
