As I walked through the entrance doors of the mall , I took in my surroundings . Both of my hands connected to my nieces . One of Kayden , And one of Chaylin. Amaiya held on to Kayden's hand .
" Where yall' wanna go first ? " I questioned as we walked further into the mall , the distance from the door grew . Oh how I wished I could be sleep.
" TOYS R US ! " They all screamed making eyes turn to us . Smiles grew on the old wrinkled faces as they watched . Probably thought I was their father .
" Okay . But stop allat' screaming . " I chuckled as they began chatting amongst theirselves . " Hop on the escalator " I added .
They all followed instructions . We arrived on the second floor . They ran as soon as they seen the colorful sign that read ' Toys R Us ' . I held my pants as I jogged over to them .
" Uncle Auggie . " I looked down to see Kay with a little pout on the floor holding her knee . I bent down to her level .
" Whats wrong baby ? " My accent came out heavily as the word baby flew out my mouth . " I fell and look . " She uncovered her knee . She only scrapped her knee , no bleeding.
I kissed her knee and picked her up . I carried her inside of Toys R Us . " Better ? " She nodded in response . I grabbed a cart and looked for Amaiya and Chaylin .
I seen them in the barbie aisle . As I pushed the cart , they threw 3 to 4 big boxes inside . " Whatchu Want Kay ? " I asked as she played with her hair .
She pointed to a barbie doll house . I picked it up and showed her it . " You sure ? " She nodded as I put it in the cart .
We spent in an hour and a half in Toys R Us . As long as my baby girls we're happy . I was happy . We we're carrying the bags to the car. I opened the trunk and we put everything in the trunk .
" Uncle August , can we go eat . I'm hungry . " Chaylin questione rubbing her stomach . " What yall want ? " I replied in a question as they all thought as we walked back into the entrance of the mall .
" Mickey D's ! " They yelled once again . Causing different eyes but the same wrinkles to turn and face us . This time we received mugs & smiles . I shrugged it off as we walked to McDonalds .
" Only order whatchu gon' et . And remember its 12;00 not 3;00. " I mentioned as we stepped on line .
We ordered and made our way to our seats after receiving our food . I handed them their Big mac's that I knew they weren't going to finish . I handed them their fries and small sweet tea's.
I sat down and began eating . As I soaked in my surroundings , I peeked a girl with some short ass shorts checking me out . I gave her a head nod and she gave me a five finger wave .
" What ya'll do today ? " I questioned as they ate and gossiped like a group of 30 year old females .
" We played da' game wit' daddy and made oreo cake ! " KayKay said as she stuffed her mouth .
I chuckled as Maiya rolled her eyes .
" It's not cake , it's pudding Kay . "
I sat back and watched as they had they little argument . Chay soon joined in on KayKay's side saying it was cake .
" What yall wanna' do next ? " I asked as we started cleaning up so we could leave out the fast food restaurant . " Oooh . Lets go to the house and play " said Amaiya .
