While McKeyla is at the shops searching for my ever so long list of baking supplies, I take the time to explore her house. I know I probably shouldn't, but it's just so pretty!
I walk out of the kitchen and into the lounge room. Big white plushy couches, clean wood coffee tables, a huge big-screen tv. McKeyla's mum is going to pick us up in a few hours, and McKeyla is probably not going to be back for at least 40 minutes. My list really was quite a handful.
So, with my friend's house to myself, I move into the next room. Another lounge room. Wow, McKeyla's family is rich! I sit down on a black leather couch and decide to text Bry and Cam.
Me: Hola chicas! McKeyla is out and here I am at her house by myself!
Cam: When r u coming?
Me: Not another few hours but hope to see u again soon!
Cam: I know! haven't seen u since school last month.
Bry: Yeah! See ya soon. btw Adri ask M where the meeting place is I'm lost??? And Cam, I can't find u!
Me: Will do!
Cam: over here Bry!
I switch off my phone and relax on the couch.
