my shift was about to end and i was just waiting for the next person to take over when the bell chimed, signalling that someone came in.
i thought it was the next person to change shifts with me so i bolted up.
when that person right away went to the ramyeon section, my shoulders slumped and i sat back down, disappointed.
i sighed and looked at the time. it was almost one in the morning. if only choyeon didn't call in sick, then i would be at home by now, fast asleep. but i'm not.
