In korea, most female students will start using makeup when they are in third to sixth grade. this fact still shocks me because when i was at that age, i never did that.
if you are a girl in korea, you always have to put lipstick or lip tint on because it became so "normal" that if you don't, you're the odd one out. most girls will buy their makeup products from etude house lol.
and thus we need life supply of lip tints to look normal :))
