chapter ten

"i have to come into work tomorrow" i said

he gave me a confused look.

"daniel" i said

he nodded.

"okay i'm leaving bye nigga" he said

"bye hoe" i smiled

destinys pov

i walked into work earlier this morning. i went into my office to put all my stuff away. as i was walking by the cafeteria i saw daniel in handcuffs.

"why the handcuffs?" i asked

"he's going to eat" one of the guards replied

"ill take him" i said

"you can't-" the guard began

"my patient" i said

they got the memo and started walking away.

"wait, the keys" i yelled at the guards

one of the turned around and tossed the keys to me.

"come on bud" i said

he gave me a confused expression.

"what?" i asked

"uncuff me" he said getting closer

"are you rocked?" i asked

"no" he laughed "they hurt"

"will you run away if i do?" i asked

"i wasn't going to, but now that you said it i might" he said raising an eyebrow

i think i just came.

i rolled my eyes and uncuffed him.

he rubbed his wrists.

"hurts that bad?" i asked

"hmm?" he hummed

"the cuffs" i said

"oh , yeah they hurt" he said

"you ready to eat?" i asked

"i'm not the hungry" he said

"you barely eat though" i said

"yeah cause the food here tastes like a bamboos ass" he said

"true" i laughed "how bout i bring you back to your room and give you some real food"

"pussy" he whispered

"what the fuck" i said "no"

"i was kidding chill boo" he said

i grabbed his hand and dragged him up to his room.

"ill be back" i said

i went across the street to in-n-out and bought two trios. i went back to daniels room and gave him the food.

"so, do you like it?" i asked

"i haven't even taken a bite yet" he said

"okay, but do you like the smell?" i asked

"yeah it smells really good" he said

we finished our food and talked for hours. daniel isn't a bad person, he may have done some things that make it seem like he's insane., but he's honestly really sweet.

i think i caught feels.
