Adam ---------->

My mom knocked on my door loudly.

     "WAKE UP YOU'LL BE LATE FOR YOUR FIRST DAY!"

I rolled over on my back and stared at the ceiling for a couple of seconds. I finally got up and got dressed. Nope, too flashy... No too BORING... Ugh too dark. Man I really needed Ayianna's help. She always helped me pick the best outfits. I pulled out my phone and tried to facetime  her but she didn't pick up. Stupid ass hoe. I finally decided on a pink shirt, black pants, and my favorite pair of converses.

I walked out of my room and down the hallway where I was attacked by my mom

     "Bunny you look great!" She shrieked and pinched my cheeks.

My mom has called me bunny since I can remember. She told me it was because the first friend I ever made was a cute little bunny so the nickname kinda stuck with me.

I went into the bathroom and did my hair. I was a nice dark brown and I tried to make it what my mom would call "beautiful chaos", where it would be messy, but a sexy kind of messy. I looked at my skin and cried a little inside. It was winter so my skin was really pale, I lost all my color and was replaced with a ghost of my former self. My mom said I needed to gain weight but I didn't see it. I liked myself just the way I looked. Yea I had my insecurities but who doesn't.

I walked past her and grabbed my keys.

" Your not eating breakfast? Really Adam, again?"

Sorry I don't really like to eat mom. I thought to myself as I climbed in the car. I could hear her shouting about how she'd put me on an I.V drip if I didn't start eating, especially since track season was starting soon.

I GPS'd the location of my new school, Bonneville High School, it was in the middle of nowhere, there was a total of maybe 400 kids in the school and a lot of them  were farmers.

I pulled up to a square brick building and parked near the entrance. I looked to the bus garage and saw a total of maybe five or six buses. I walk-in in through some big metal doors and looked for the main office. Just as I was about to go left toward the office a huge thing came around the corner and slammed me into the ground, knocking the wind out of me.

I heard a laugh and felt my insides heat up. I was about to get up and say something when the person who knocked me down gave me a hand one offered to help me up. I hesitantly accepted his hand and brushed myself off. I looked to see who it was and found him staring at me. I just stared back.

He was probably 6'5" and had some muscle too him. Not too much, but definitely a nice amount. He had a nice jawline and black hair with vibrant blue eyes. Like the ocean. I miss the ocean. I thought as I looked at his eyes. He wore a flannel with boot cut jeans and a pair of work boots. He looked like a lumberjack, but without t beard and mustache.

     "Hey man I'm really sorry." He finally said. He looked at me and it kind of made me uncomfortable. "Your...new... Aren't you?" He said with a little smirk.

"Yea how did you know?" I asked quietly.

"Because I know every person in this school, hell I know every person in this town." He said and laughed.

His smile was amazing. It was bright and it showed off his perfectly white teeth.

"If I would've remembered I had to show the new kid around today I would've picked something less... lumberjack" he said with another laugh.
