4. Trying To Get Back

Miami

Why did I go to his house? I'm such an idiot. 

Walking into school was kind of embarrassing because some how everyone knew about me going to Ten's last night. 

Great.

Kate and Jos come to my locker where I am. "Did you hear" Kate asks. I sigh. "How can I not? It's all over school that went to Ten's last night" I say. They look at each other then me. "What" I ask. "That's not all" they say in unison.

"Wha-" "Miami Winters" Veronica says coming over to me. "Um hi" I say. "I know you were at Ten's last night. And I'm going to tell you one thing and your going to listen or I will ruin your time here at Roll Tide High. Am I understood" she says. I roll my eyes. 

"Stay. Away. From. Ten. Plain and simple" she says, her smug smirk lighting up her entire face. "You thing I'm gonna listen to you because you're Queen Bitch" I say. Everyone around us 'ooooh'. "Excuse me" she says. "You heard me. You may be Queen of the school but Bitch I'm the Queen of Hollywood" I say, getting close to her.

"Shots fired" someone yells. "I have more power then you think I have" she says. "Go ahead. Try to ruin my life. But also try and remember who the talented and famous one is here" I say then walk away with Kate and Jos.

"You just stood up to Veronica" Katelynn says. 

"She has no power over me."

Ten

I stayed home today because I didn't want to have to face Veronica.

At around the time I'd be going into 3rd period I get a call from Jackson.

Jackson- Dude Veronica is a sobbing mess right now.

My heart just dropped. 

Me- What happened?

Jackson- Your little friend Miami.

Me- What did she do?

Jackson- For one she called her Queen Bitch.

I kind of agree with that one.

Jackson- And second she's being a bitch. She's saying Veronica basically isn't talented and is just being an inconsiderate bitch.

I roll my eyes.

Me- I'll deal with it, okay?

Jackson- Fine but Ronnie asked me to drop her off at your house later.

Me- Tell her no.

Jackson- Why?

Me- Just tell her I can't. My dad needs me after school gets out and Garrett gets home.

Jackson- Fine but you owe me.

Me- Whatever. Bye Jackson.

Jackson- Bye Bro.

I hang up with Jackson and lay in my bed.

Miami

I get home to see Alex passed out on the couch. I smile and go into the kitchen. My dad is on the phone. I grab a bag of chips check my watch. 

FUCK MY CONCERT STARTS AT 7.

Since it's 2 now, I grab my bag and head back out the door and to the studio.

I walk in and see Daniel. "Where have you been" he asks. I set my bag down. "I'm so sorry. I got held up at the school" I say. He smiles. I forgot how cute he is. "Your outfit and is on the bus. We would need to go now if we wanna make it to the venue in time to do a sound check" he says. 

I nod and grab my stuff as we both make it to the bus.

On the bus I get into the the outfit Daniel picked out for me. I get into my heels then walk out into the main area. "So Miami I have something to say" Daniel says. I look at him. "You have been given a world tour in about 2 months" he says. My face drops. "But what about school" I ask. "Its right after school gets out" he says. "I have to think about this Daniel" I say. He nods and sits down. "Plus it's only if you want to" he mumbles.

We get to the venue where several fans are waiting and screaming. As I pass them I clap with some hands that I'm able to get to. I love seeing my fans come out to see me perform.

Tonight will be the night that I make her mine. She won't get out of my grasp this time. "You ready F788" my boss asks. I nod and grab my bag.

Its time to reclaim what was once mine.
