"Dinner is ready," Mary calls as she reaches the top of the stairs to the fourth floor, "I hope yer ready, because dinners waiting."
Mary knocks on Menmen's door. "Lasses?" She turns to her right as she hears Kimiko's door open. Mary's eyes light with merriment as she takes in a still glittered covered Kimiko. She struggles to keep her laughter from bubbling out when Kimiko sends her death glare, a few glitter bits falling from her hair to sparkle on her clothes.
"Do you have any, and I mean any, idea how long it takes to get glitter out of clothes? Especially one's hair." Kimiko snarls as she tries brushes off the annoying bits from her clothes.
"Oh, but ye have to admit wee one, it be a brilliant prank, and ye know it." Mary winks at Kimiko as Menmen opens her door yawning. Kimiko sifts her glare to her twin sister. Menmen blinks at her.
"What?" Menmen's mutters as she stretches her arms above her head, and stifles another yawn.
"Really? You took a nap while I was attacked by a bucket of glitter."
"Oh, get it over it. It could have been much worse," Menmen says as she joins them in the hall, "Mary could have put a full bucket a hot pink glitter, or even worse, hot pink paint." Kimiko huffs as they walk down the steps to the first floor gathering hall.
"What are you two quarreling about now." Kimiko looks up from her pout as Elizabeth comes down the stairs behind them.
"Nothing, Kimi-Cubs just being overly dramatic." Menmen yawns again as they reach the first floor.
Menmen and Kimiko both take in the gathering hall with a look of amazement. Where there had only been an empty gathering hall before, now held a large polished oak table that could sit fifty people at least. "Wow, that's a huge ass table for just us man!"
"Damn! It takes up the majority of the Gathering hall." Kimiko states as she took in the sight before her.
"Wait a minute," Menmen says as she looks around the gathering hall, "how in the seven hells did you even get that monster table in here?"
"Highlander secret, Wee One," Mary chuckles, sending Menmen a sly wink as she walks toward the throne like chair sitting at the head of the table, all the while ignoring the death glare Menmen was leveling her with. "Now, Elizabeth, as the New Head of the family you sit here at the head of the table."
Elizabeth sneers over at the overly large throne like chair, with an overstuffed emerald green and gold pillowed seat. Menmen and Kimiko snicker at their mother as she slowly moves closer to the chair, looking like she much rather burn it than use it.
"Mom always did say that Uncle Neal had gaudy taste," Elizabeth mutters as she forces herself to sit down in the tacky chair. Mary smiles as she turns to the twins.
"Lassies, as the heirs you sit on the each side. Menmen as the oldest twin...."
"Only be five minutes!" Kimiko huffs out as she stares Mary down, but she just chuckles at her.
"Aye, I know. Now Menmen, as the older you sit on the right of your mother, here," Mary says as she pulls out the first chair on the right for Menmen, "and Kimiko, as the younger heir, ye will sit on the right of yer mother."
Mary glides to the other side to pull Kimiko's chair out from under the table. "And Macy, Neal's granddaughter, will sit..." Mary looks around the gathering hall with a small sneer. "Where is Macy? I know she's grieving, but..." Mary takes a deep breath to calm herself, "Anyways, O'Seamus ye know where ye sit." Mary looks over her shoulder. "Now, where are the other two?"
