In 1900, the streets of New York echoed with the cries of newsies.
It was the year of the Bronx and Brooklyn war. Other turfs were forced to take sides or feel the wrath of the two forces.
And while the Newsies battled each other, and the Refuge had been reformed the year before, a new threat was looming over the children of New York's streets.
A threat which would end the war one way or another...
