It started in the garden of Eden with the first Adam and Eve who began a race of people who think they are gods

It will end with the garden of Eden and a race of people after the last Adam, Jesus Christ, our Lord and God. It will not be the same garden of Eden; it will be a much better one.

The human race of the first Adam will come to an end soon. The race after the last Adam will live for ever and ever. Jesus Christ is the firstborn of that race of people made perfect. Romans 8:29 says, "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren."

It was God's plan and purpose from the beginning of creation. God desires perfect sons and daughters in the image of Jesus Christ.

And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence." Col. 1:18.

To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, .... Heb. 12:23.

It has taken six thousand years for God's purposes and promises to come to fruition and reach completion. Many in the Old Testament perished, not having received the promises. "These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth." Heb. 11:13. It is to this generation, the people of God in this age, that the fullness of our inheritance in Christ Jesus will be realized.

Our true inheritance is the Lord Jesus Christ. It is not earthly riches or fame. It is a kingdom that cannot be moved. There are choices only you and I can make. You can choose life or death. Choose life. Choose your inheritance.

AN UNAPPROACHABLE GOD MADE NIGH UNTO US

In the Old Testament and under the Old Covenant, God and His throne were unapproachable. He was a God that no man could approach and see face to face. They would perish in His presence. Even the mountain of God could not be touched, under penalty of death.

Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest, and the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:

(For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart: And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)

But our Lord Jesus Christ changed all that.

But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
