"Wow, aren't you handsome?" The person finally said, leaning off of Minghao a little less. The stranger got off and helped Minghao to his feet. "Uh thanks, I guess?" Minghao was lost.

The stranger smiled and held out his hand. "I'm Lee Chan, but you can call me tonight." He said with a wink. Minghao gagged in his head. In reality, he gave an awkward smile and muttered his name.

"Sorry, too cheesy? Call me crazy or call it fate but I think this was meant to happen." Chan sure was committed to this. Unfortunately for him, his string ran in the opposite direction of Minghao.

Minghao was baffled. "Excuse me? Fate? Don't tell me you're talking about the soulmate thing." Chan only nodded and laughed. "I sure am. May I walk with you?" Minghao sighed as he allowed Chan to trudge along, but Chan would call it walking Minghao home.

Minghao got to know a lot about Chan, but Chan only got to know a few things. For instance, Minghao now knows that Chan was 20, he was in his freshman year of college and already loved Minghao. While Chan only knew Minghao's name, his workplace as well as where he lives. Oh, and his phone number, despite Minghao's protests.

Chan promised to call Minghao while the latter was really happy to finally be home. He wasn't even halfway through the front door before hearing whistles from two of his roommates, Seungcheol and Mingyu.

"Oh please, I don't even know him." Minghao set his things down and let out a loud sigh as he plopped down on the couch. "Why'd he walk you home then?" Seungcheol asked as he wiggled his eyebrows. "Isn't it against company policy to flirt with customers?" Mingyu smiled devilishly.

Minghao could only roll his eyes. "He literally ran into me on the sidewalk and claims that fate brought us together. He was really dedicated to that so I just let him walk me home." Both Seungcheol and Mingyu "ooh"-ed. "Maybe he's right." Mingyu mused in. "Yeah, you never know." Seungcheol piped in. If only they knew that Minghao actually knew.

"Whatever. I know Junhui would side with me. Where is he anyway?" Minghao asked. "You forgot huh? He's on a date. And he promised us he'd buy us food on his way back." Mingyu answered excitedly.

Minghao was glad that at least one of his friends was getting out there. Mingyu claims to be too busy to date, while Seungcheol couldn't care less. Seungcheol doesn't believe in the soulmate ordeal, but Mingyu would drop everything for someone if he truly thought they were soulmates.

It killed Minghao to know that Seungcheol doesn't believe, considering that he sees his soulmate so often. He was a short, easily irritated, extremely creative man. He was Lee Jihoon, who wasn't interested in anything surrounding love at all.

Minghao didn't know who Mingyu was connected to, he just hoped it was someone nice and that they'd eventually meet.

The three silently agreed on watching a movie together while they waited for Junhui to get back home. It was still early, so Minghao decided to shower.

He found the living room empty upon getting out, Junhui must have been home. The three roommates sat at the dinner table, Seungcheol and Mingyu gladly munching away at their food.

"Oh hey, Minghao. I brought you guys pizza. Your favorite too." Junhui greeted Minghao and smiled. "Now that Hao's here are you gonna tell us all about your date?" Mingyu asked while wiggling his eyebrows yet again. Seungcheol and Minghao nodded.

"Fine. His name was Joshua, and he's so perfect? Like wow. He was so sweet and laid back at the same time." Junhui was smiling hard from recalling his time with Joshua. "Oh and he's from America, foreigners unite I guess."

"LOOK AT OUR BABY JUNHUI ALL GROWN UP HOW CUTE" Seungcheol was now squishing Junhui's cheeks while Mingyu tried to tried to pull him off. "He's only a baby to you, in fact, we all are. You're too much Cheol." Seungcheol narrowed his eyes at Mingyu. "I mean look at our baby Junhui getting out there. I'm proud of you?" Mingyu said while a little scared from Seungcheols stare.

Minghao could only sigh at his friends. "Why are you sighing? You met someone today too." Mingyu said. Junhuis eyes flickered to Minghao, curious about his encounter. "Tell me NOW" Junhui leaned across the table and propped his head on his palms.

"You're all overdramatic, I just ran into someone on the street and he walked me home.  Oh and he's totally crazy and thinks we're soulmates." Junhui burst out laughing, everyone just watched. Minghao knew he was right earlier.

"I told you two, Junhui gets it." Minghao mused. "Yeah, it's very funny, but what if he's right? You never know." Seungcheol and Mingyu nodded at Junhui. "Well, I know for a fact that he's wrong. I don't want him to waste his time."

Seungcheol scoffed. "How do you know?" "It's called a gut feeling." Or actually having the secret eye. "Wow. Don't be too certain there Minghao. Just give him a chance and maybe he'll change his mind." Junhui said supportively.

Junhui was right, Chan could forget it all after he hung out with Minghao.

"Fine, I'll let him live his fantasy for a while. But you're so wrong, all of you." Minghao huffed.

"That's the spirit you little lemon." Mingyu mused. "Why a lemon?" "Because he's sour, duh."

Minghao laughed. His roommates were truly too much. But he wouldn't have it any other way.
