Kissed my scars
Sometimes I felt so incredibly lucky
I had managed to find someone who loved me and all my flaws
That doesn't happen very often
You kissed my scars
Caressed my pain
And held the depression
You told me that my struggles made me strong and thats why you loved me so much
On some days I lay in bed hating myself
But then I thought about how you loved a dying thing so much
And it made trying to love myself a little easier
