HERE'S THE THING: Morgan Lee loves her Aunt Helen. The woman raised her after the unfortunate accident that took her parents and taught her how to draw humans properly, let her help at work and showed her the beauty in magic. She painted the little girl's nails and braided her hair and taught her that she doesn't always have to be kind to those who don't deserve it. Morgan loves her, but hates her choices in men. Helen, admittedly, had always struggled in the category, and having a teenage girl at home didn't always help, but somehow ended up with two ex-husbands and a current one of three months. And Morgan hates him.
It's not that he's too horrible or has done something terrible to her aunt, he just has this aura surrounding him that makes her uncomfortable. And the fact that he was willing to marry her (sometimes) crazy Aunt Helen after only knowing her for six months set off alarm bells in her head. So Morgan comes up with a plan, or is thinking of one, when she accidentally hit Remus Lupin in the chest with a hex and ends up in detention with him, seeing as this caused him to be caught in the middle of a prank. And he's seeking revenge, in his own Remus Lupin way.
Then here's the thing: Morgan Lee tries to enlist his help with her crazy scheme of sabotaging her aunt's marriage because he insists on spending time together, for whatever reason. Only her step-sister (cousin?) is trying to do whatever she can to sabotage her plans, which is totally not cool.
