Chapter 1
Sami's P.O.V.
There's so much smoke. It's hard to see. I'm trying to move but I can't. I can't stand up. Why can't I stand up? I have super nice muscles. Why can't I push myself up? It's hard to breathe. I don't know where I am. Where am I? I'm trying so hard to move. Maybe if I can find something to look at, I'll be able to tell where I am. But still, there's so much smoke I can't see. Why won't my super hot muscles work? I shred at the gym so much, and now it's for nothing? Wait... I see something. What is that? Oh, it's a computer. Wait a minute! Is that Minecraft on the screen? Who plays Minecraft anymore? Where am I? Damn, the smoke is getting heavier. It's hot. My hot muscles are sweating. I can't breathe. Why can't I move? This is stupid. I can't breathe.
"Sami!"
"Sami!"
"Sami!"
I heard my bedroom door slam against the wall, and I jumped out of bed.
"Sami! Do you know what time it is?"
I rubbed my eyes and looked up with blurry vision at my mother, Nada.
"Huh?" I yawned.
"Hurry up, and get dressed! You'll be late for school," my mother shut my door and left as I heard her harsh footsteps move down the hallway.
I looked around and was pretty pleased to see that there was no smoke, no Minecraft, and my sexy muscles were working just as well as usual.
My bedroom was a good size. Just enough space to fit a bed, nightstand, dresser, and desk. My walls were blue, and not one of those girly sky blues, I'm talking that real manly looking navy blue. The last distinctive trait of my bedroom was a single window near my bed. It was a pretty big window, and I loved to look outside during the night time to see the stars. It made me smile to know that I could do that later that night after school. It was good shit.
After looking around, I shrugged and stood up to start looking for my school uniform. Knowing I'd be late, I just grabbed my dirty polo shirt from yesterday off of my bedroom floor and put it on. I definitely didn't have the time to search for a clean one. It was 7:28. I usually leave by then. I grabbed a pair of khaki pants folded up on my dresser and threw them on as I slipped my feet into my black sneakers. Before grabbing my sweatshirt and rushing out my door, I stopped and looked in the mirror for a while. My hair was messy and my eyes looked super tired. I didn't really have much time to do anything about it, so I just rubbed my eyes and brushed my hair down with my hand. Aside from my hair and tired looking face, my hot bod was still looking good. My biceps looked great in a green polo and my chest looked pretty buff too. I practiced some stances and poses in the mirror for a while. I put my hands on my hips and puffed my chest out.
"Nice," I whispered to myself. I was quite the ladies man.
"Sami!" My mother was yelling again.
"Shit," I got so zoned out while I was staring at my muscles, "I'm coming!"
I ran out of my room and down the stairs as I pulled my sweatshirt over my head.
"Sorry, Mom," I smiled at her sincerely, "I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning."
"That's okay," She said as she led me out the front door, "let's not do it again."
I followed my mom to the car and got in the passenger's seat. I didn't buckle my seatbelt though. I didn't feel like it. I figured I'm too manly for that.
"Sami," my mom started to pull out of the driveway, "put your seatbelt on."
I listened to my mom and buckled up. I'd just have to wait until I'm an adult and can do my own thing before i don't wear a seatbelt. I sighed and looked out the window as I headed to school. I honestly didn't really care what time it was and whether or not I'd be late to school. I just wanted some time to think about the dream I had. I wanted to know where I was.
