Sometimes excellence presents itself
while you're not even really in search of this.
Leaving you breathlessly in wonder
forever forgoing all wonder because of it.
It really is true, that some matches just fit
without effort, stress, force, or will.
Sometimes things just slide on together
locking tightly as if they had always been sealed.
Her hand just fits into mine
as if it has always been there.
My arms surround her in an embrace
that I feel began to long ago to know where.
Our eyes both show elation,
pain, truth, transpiring dreams.
Our eyes both show tuff roads transversed
to overcome infinity, even for just a moment it seems.
My life now seems to have purpose
if it's only to bring you a daily smile.
Music sounds better, and joys become overwhelming,
timeless protected bubbles transversing miles.
I will never let you go
I will only hold you high.
I will never let you down
I will always get you by.
We are now an undefeatable team
an indestructible overpowering force.
We will never be alone
We will always have each other's hands as we both go North.
