Ms. Kerry is really good at what she does and I'm happy Meek is actually talking to someone forced or not. He needs this, I just hope he really is listening to her and I hope that his attitude changes, and he learns to control his anger.
"so Nicki" she called out as I looked up smiling
"yes" I answered
"can I ask you a couple questions, is that alright with you?" she asked me
"yes" I said while she smiled
"well we know why Meek is here, and besides his mom he tells me you were somebody who called him out on his anger and told him he needed help is that right?" she asked me as I chuckled a bit
"yea that's right, his anger is like off the wall. If he's angry at someone he'll be upset all day and say for example someone says or does something he blows up and takes his anger out on you, it could be the littlest thing" I said as he shook his head I just laughed
"that's very interesting, when was the first time you noticed his anger was a big problem?" she asked me
"the first time he blew up at me for no reason" I said looking at him he just smiled
"really? Care to explain, how did that make you feel?" she asked me I cleared my throat
"well we were at a get together at my girlfriend house with the whole crew, now Meek being the person he is everybody knew that I was off limits in his words but I wasn't his I was married . Anyway some guy tried talking to me but I told him I'm not interested and whatever, that didn't stop him though cause he kept coming. So then Meek walks over and they get into it. I'm trying to stop the situation from turning into something bigger then just words being thrown around, then the guy said something about me that ended with bitch so they got into it" I said as she nodded
"then we started going at it. I told him to relax and that the situation wasn't that serious and he just literally blew up, he was shaking, his eyes started to get red. He just turned into a different person. I mean I've seen him mad but never like that" I said as she wrote something down in her pad
"what was going through your head at that time, how did you feel?" she asked
"honestly I was scared, only because he had reminded me of my father. Like I felt like at that moment he was my dad and I was that 8 year old girl. I sat down and looked in his eyes liked I'd do my father when I was younger and he just stopped" I said
"who stopped?" she asked me
"Meek, he stopped yelling and cursing at me it was like he realized. So I used that to my advantage I guess " I said
"so I'm guessing that was when you realized she could only calm you down?" she asked Meek
"yes and no, the time I realized only she could calm me down was when I was arguing with moms. We was having an argument because she wanted me to stop selling, one of our many arguments and Nicki calmed me down" he said shrugging as I laughed
