I smile nodding my head.

"I'm starting in some new school tomorrow, I wouldn't suppose you go there. I don't know the name but I have a picture on my phone." She says and goes over to her bag before taking out her phone. She walks back up to me and shows me the picture.

"That's my school, Your in senior year?"

"I am. Oh thank god I thought I had to go in and not know anyone tomorrow."

We continued talking for awhile, even when we went to go work out. I told her what to expect from school.

The next morning I did the same as yesterday making sure I looked presentable and cute.

When I got to school I met Madison at the entrance like I said I would and brought her to the office. She was just done signing papers when the assembly bell went.

"Your in senior class 3, same as Amelia. You two better hurry up and get to assembly." The deputy principal tells us and we both smile and thank him before making our way to our assembly.

"We should compare classes in awhile see if we've got any the same." Madison says and I agree.

When we walk into assembly the room quiets when they see there's a new girl. My eyes automatically go to the back of the room where my friends were sitting.

We both go to seat on the corner of the back of the room the opposite side from where my friends were.

Once we're sitting down Madison turns to me. "Who's the guy then?"

"What?"

"The opposite side of the room. He would stop looking at you."

"Your wrong, everyone was looking at you."

"So whys he still looking?"

I turn my head and meet Niall's eyes, but he looks away when he notices.

"You don't wanna know." I say turning around.

"Oh believe me, I do."

"I'll explain it to you at lunch."

The day dragged, I was thinking about how I could explain everything to Madison without scaring her away.

We were in the library and Madison was impatiently waiting for me to explain things to her.

"What? Is he an ex boyfriend or something?" She asks.

"No."

"Awkward one night stand? Unrequited love? What? Just tell me already."

"Okay well the group he's with are my friends, well except for one, she's a bitch and obsessed with Niall, which is the guy who was looking at me. They're going out."

"What! But the way he was looking at you?"

"I like him but last weekend we were at a wedding, all of us not just me and him, and well it ended up us pretending we were girlfriend and boyfriend because of my family and then one thing led to another and we kissed and then I accused him of being a cheat and we both got angry then my two friends accused me of sleeping with him which I didn't and then when Niall stuck up for me they told me they didn't trust me because I had an eating disorder then everyone left but Niall and I cut my hand, he helped me clean it up and I cleaned blood that I got off his face, things got awkward and we kissed again."

Madisons mouth was hanging open. "Not exactly what I was expecting."

"Yeah well that's not even the end. We made out in my room but we ended up falling asleep and the next morning he left awkwardly as quickly as he could as if we slept together or something. Nothing happened and the next thing I know my seat at the table was taken by Caroline. I get that I made a big deal of cheating and then practically pushed him into cheating with me but did I really deserve to sit in the library on my own yesterday, I lied to Matt because I didn't want to blame anyone for this awkwardness. I'm just so glad I have you now."

"I get it's hard but don't give up on your friends. I'll help you get them back." Madison says. "Your friends are wrong though, for not trusting you because of an eating disorder. You couldn't help that, and everyone has secrets, you can't always be an open book. And about Niall, the way he was looking at you definitely meant that the make out session was playing on his mind."

I smile. "Seriously, I'm glad to have you as a friend."

"Good but we need to get your other friends back again." Madison smiles. "We need someone on the inside, who's willing to talk to you?"

"Matt. He wanted to make a plan too, I'll find him after school and we can meet up later tonight if that suits you?"

"Did I ever mention I love solving things? I'd cancel anything for tonight. Text me the details I gotta go." She smiles before getting up and leaving the library.

I smile to myself before getting my things and leaving too.
