I first came to a planet called Galiton, a planet that has rules over its most powerful factions of the most powerful members of their society, the ones the call the House Lords.
The House Lords are powerful enough to save entire planets and even systems from destruction. But they are forbidden to take action unless all 15 of the Lords agree on the matter.
Each House Lord is the leader of one of the 15 houses, sadly I can not speak the language of the Galitians.
Some Galitians, many years before my peoples evolved into existence, made a project to create a second Galiton, they somewhat succeeded. Though the project destroyed the world formerly known as Terrakia, and the Galitians that lived there died off after a few thousand years of civilisation.
How does this help me answer my question? I don't know, I need to know more about Terrakia to know what exactly happened, and if it can help me with my question.
