AN: IF YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED WATCHING MERLIN DO NOT READ ON!!! THERE WILL BE SPOILERS THROUGHOUT THIS FANFICTION!!!

Last night I had another dream about Prince Arthur and his faceless servant, they've become more frequent now and I know it sounds idiotic but I think my dreams are real. The dream I had almost killed them but I figured out a way to save them, I always do.

*Dream*

"Stop!" The servant boy takes away the chalice from the Arthur's hand. "It's poison."

The king, who is skeptical of the servants proclaim and who doesn't believe Lord Bayard would poison his son makes the servant drink form the chalice to prove his accusation. The young man drinks from the chalice and later falls into a deathly sleep. The prince who doesn't wish to see his friend die goes to find an antidote deep in the forest of Balor, only he doesn't know it's a trap. I have to help him somehow because if he doesn't retrieve that antidote they both will die.

With Arthur barely hanging onto the rocky wall of the dark cave and balorian spiders approaching fast I quickly run to the young man laying almost dead and whisper in his ear "Fromum feohgiftum on faeder bearme. Fromum feohgiftum." He repeats it back and an orb of light appears and helps guide Arthur out of the caves. Arthur who is thrown into prison for disobeying his fathers orders gives the antidote to a young woman who then returns it to the old man who saves Arthur's servants life. A sigh of relief escapes my lips as I wake up from my dream.

"Did you have another dream, Myra?" My father who sits at the end of my bed asks me.

"Yes, I did father." My father doesn't believe that these dreams are real, he says that it's just my imagination and nothing else.

"You can't really be saving the Prince's life Myra it's foolish to even think you can." To him my magic is a curse not a gift and he wants me to know that. "I wish I could take these foolish dreams from your mind and make you my little girl again, but I don't know how."

I get up from my bed, "They're not foolish to me! I know in my heart that they're real, you just don't understand."

My father stands up and walks outside but not before saying "I understand more than you think." He always says this but he never explains what he means by it. My gifts all started right after my mother passed and it was strange and I couldn't understand why I was able to do things others couldn't. It's a lonely feeling, to have gifts but not be able to share them in fear of being killed. Every once in awhile I'd have dreams of Prince Arthur and his servant I'm guessing because he doesn't dress like royalty, and other times I didn't. Sometimes I'd go months without dreaming of them. Why I dream about them I have no idea but I feel as though it is my destiny to protect them. Well that is if the faceless servant is real and not just a tool I use in my dreams to protect Arthur. Maybe my father is right and I'm just a commoner seeking meaning in her life by creating dreams about saying the prince.

Maybe it's because I fear I can not save my father's life. I fear he is dying, he doesn't move around as much as he used and he almost always has a fever. I've tried to heal him but he doesn't want me to use my gifts on him. He says he'd rather die than be healed by magic.

"Why do you have such hatred for magic?" He grabs a hold of my hand, tears fill the brim of his eyes.

"Your mother had gifts and she was taken from us because of her gifts, I never told you because you were young I didn't want you to know that your mother was murdered." I let go of his hand.

"My mother was murdered." I mumble in disbelief "She had magic?"

"Yes she did, she was a healer and she traveled all over to heal people. One day she traveled to Camelot and was betrayed. King Uther found out and had her executed for her crimes." I couldn't stop the tears from falling down my cheeks. "There's only one person I trust to heal me" he wheezes before finishing his sentence "Gaius, he is the court physician of Camelot, he was a good friend of your mothers."
