1- open up your editing app, and change the size of your temolate according to your screen dimension (can be find in setting system)
then, put whatever color you want on your adjusted template

2- go to "shape", and click on any shape you would like to use, i choose box and colored it white.

3- after that, i changed the box color to the same color as the template to make it looks invisible and just add stroke to perform a box frame

4- then, add your render in. try to find a non-full body render aka cropped one, and adjust your frame to suit it's capacity.
this makes the render looks as if it's inside the box

5- after that, just go ahead and add your text. i choose wannables since i am one ;)
