Okay so someone recently asked me how to concentrate on their work instead of going on Wattpad.
If your using your phone as a means of procrastination give it to your parent or ask them to hide it.but if your really lazy just turn the internet off and put it on the other side of your room.
There's also many apps you can get on your laptops that you can use to block off websites so if you do need to use the internet but not get distracted you put in the website URL and then you can't get onto the page for a specific amount of time.
Also go in a room with the least things that you like,so don't go in a room with TV or your family because they will end up distracting you.
