Informal:I (Female):
Atashi - like watashi, but more feminine
あたしWarawa - used by women to humble themselves before others
わらわ(妾)• Sometimes girls like to refer themselves in a third person perspective and say their name when referring to themselves. It brings about a childish yet cute-like portrayal of their character.
I (Male):
Boku - mostly used by boys
ぼく(僕)Ore - Masculine form
おれ(俺)Washi - used by old men
わしWagahai - used by men of high stature
わがはい (吾輩)Oira - alternate form of ore
おいら (己等)Sessha - used by men to humble themselves before others
せっしゃ (拙者)• Most of these titles are not commonly used nowadays but sometimes you can still hear it in anime. Like in Persona 5, Morgana refers himself as 'Wagahai', stating that he thinks highly of himself. Madarame refers himself as 'Washi' because he's old. :3

You:
Kimi - mostly used by men when referring to their girlfriends/wife
きみ (君)Onushi - an old word. Hardly anyone uses it now except for in anime. (Again, Morgana)
おぬし (お主)Omae - can come off as rude so try not to use it.
おまえ (お前)Anta - shorten form of anata, highly informal and rude.

Temee
てめえ(手前)Onore
おのれ (己)• These three words all indicate anger and/or disapproval to others. Don't use them unless you're trying to pick a fight.
