1| The Letter

Arturia: Now, now, this story wasn't the one I planned...

Shindou: Ughh...

Kirino: Ughh..... can't you just continue the last one?

Arturia: *laughs* your back to Kirino Ranmaru hahahahahaha!!

Shindou: STILL. MY Kirino Ranmaru *hugs Kirino*

Narrator's POV

"Shindou...when will you come back then.....?"

Shindou remained silent. Instead of answering his question, he stood up, held his chin then kissed his forehead.

"...I'll be back,"

"Scented stationaries, remember," Kirino warned

"Yeah, I'll always remember that,"

Kirino's POV

"Kirino-senpai!!!!" Kariya snapped

"What is it Kariya?" I asked, out of my trance

"You're thinking of Shindou-senpai, right?" He smirked

I glared at him then started reading the piano sheet infront of me.

"Urusai..." I said then started tapping a G minor

"Your still learning piano for him...? My Pathetic senpai,"

"I'm not yours Kariya, my heart belongs to him,"

He flinched a little then smirked, "Whatever," he said then walked out the room

The autumn breeze filled the room, "You'll be back right?" I silently muttered, resting my head in the piano, making a strange sound.

"Kirino, there you are,"

"Ah, Endou-kantoku," I bowed my head

"Have you recieved their letters?"

"Their?" I asked

"Shindou's letter, to be exact," he grinned

"Kantoku..." I rolled my eyes as he laugh

"Here," he gave me a plain white envelope

I stared at it, "Are you sure its mine, Kantoku?"

"Yeah, look it says To: Kirino, From: Shindou," he stated confused

"Is there any problem?" He asked, tilting his head

I smiled forcedly, "No-nothing at all," I said then excused myself

Its already months after Shindou left with Tsurugi and Tenma to space. Of course, it was a little hard to cope up after being away from your bestfriend a thousand light years away...

Bestfriend...? I don't think I consider him as a... or just my bestfriend...
Yeah... I love him than the bestfriend role he thinks.

(Kirino: Did you just...?
Arturia: yeah yeah back to the story)

I kept the letter in my pocket, "Shindou...Don't forget me..." I said

"I promise...I really promise, when you get back... I'll reveal my true gender...and..." I trailed off

"Say those 3 magic words..." I sighed

My mind started to debate whether I'll read the letter or not but my curiousity got the best of me.

I went to the nearest tree then leaned my back in it. I stared at the letter in my hand.

"Well...maybe Shindou wants to say something special," I smiled

Usually, if we're just gonna talk about normal stuffs, we just chat each other for a few minutes, then the connection will interrupt.

I opened the letter. Shindou's handwriting seems better now.

Dear Kirino,

               How are you? Are you having fun there? I'm really having fun here. Its like I don't want to go back to earth hahahaha. Well, I can't stay here you know. Its like I feel so free here, without you.

I felt my heart shatter. Well...maybe he is just joking...right?

By the way, are you doing your duty as Raimon's captain there? Maybe your not leading them right sometimes... I think you just need to give it to someone better than you, hahahaha. But atleast your only a good defender.

I felt tears form in my eyes.

Well, I'm actually writing a letter to announce something. As your bestfriend you'll support me right? I found someone attractive here. We might not get along sometimes but I know we love each other.

Tears escaped my eyes.

Oops! I let that out! Okay, are you getting my hint? I'm already in a relationship!!! Are you happy for me? By the way, we're having a movie date today, so...bye bye!!

I dropped the envelope in my hands, revealing a picture I wish I never ever see.

Shindou is sleeping peacefully, resting his head on the boy's  shoulder.

P.S. His name is Ibuki Munemasa!!

Kirino: You wrote that, so stop!!! *holds Arturia in both of her shoulders*

Arturia: I HATE--!! Ouch!!!

Ibuki: Shut up, you crazy author. And you *points at Kirino* have you seen Takuto?

Kirino: *smiled irritatedly* My Takuto? A-re? I don't know where My Takuto is

Arturia: Oh no, World War III is taking place!!!
