There is a point in time where a teenage boy realizes that they are no longer the child that they once were and that it's time for them to grow up and mature. In their teenage years, however, the boy is unaware that he is growing up and becoming the best man he could possibly be. The hardships he has to go through to fully develop are the unavoidable experiences that come with growing up, but some of these experiences are bittersweet.
The experiences of growing up can be happy, sad, dangerous, freeing, and simply human. The experiences of growing up can be displayed in the lives of thirteen individual boys growing up in their own worlds and trying to make their own marks in their own lives.
The teenage years of these thirteen boys are only beginning.
