A dull blue dress was hidden behind the apron lighting the window. Giggles and shrieks rang in her head as she breathed. Her breath crystallised in the air as she looked at the city below her cell. She snorted derisively
"Let me see a sky with stars
Let me hear the lies through these bars
Let me hear the words of the sane for once
Whose pain becomes other's fun
The lame laugh at their run
The blind see them as fun" She sighed exasperatedly "And I'm the nanny of every one" The smoke blocked out the stars as she closed the window for the rain to drown her children's laughing shrieks and crying laughs. Sighing she threw her apron on the floor and undid her hair before sitting on the ledge of the window.
"Is that world fun....?" Maida Fogg traced a heart on the pane then wiped it.
