DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF UPGRADING YOUR TOWN HALL TOO EARLY!!!!!!
In other words, before upgrading your Town Hall, make sure that you've placed all the new buildings your current Town Hall level unlocks for you. And that you've upgraded all your structures/buildings (except maybe walls) to their maximum level. Like, to the point when the game says you have to reach Town Hall level something to upgrade the structure/building.
