When your heart broke, I searched miles and miles looking for all the pieces
People always warned me to be careful trying to fix broken people,
because I may cut myself on their shattered piece
But it was you, and your feelings were nothing new
You filled me with bliss, so I only had one wish
For you to smile even though just for once in a while
I sealed the deal with a kiss, and that's how we ended up like this
With you living your life, and me staring off on a cliff
And I know you love it like this
