Dear Diary,

Today I felt a huge gulp of guilt in my throat as I went to meet Legacy and tell him about the baby. I lied to Langston and told him I was stopping by the studio instead to look at some sketches one of my assistants drew for me. I mean, it wasn't really a lie... I was but, afterwards I was going to meet Dom. I had to make sure my profile was low key so any paparazzi didn't spot me with him which would bring great drama. I hated lying to Langston but, he didn't understand at all... I WANTED him to know of his child's existence he created inside of me. Even when he did rape me.

"Good Morning Elizabeth, How's the sketches coming?" I walked in carrying two cups of frozen coffee from starbucks.

"Just fine Miss McQueen" She smiles at me and hands me the book and looks at me biting her nails hoping I'd like them. Elizabeth and I both knew I could never judge her work, it was so original and unique. She was one of my best designers in the building and we had a strong bond. Only 17, she had the mind of a successful black woman of the age 25. I was proud of her, she reminded me of myself. She'd be graduating soon from Hamilton High and I wasn't going to miss it for anything in the world.

"Hm.. I like, I like" I took a sip of my coffee then sat it on the desk.

"Really?" She cuffed her hands together and smiled brightly.

"Yes, we gotta design this quickly!"

"I'm so glad you do.." she smiles and runs to the fabric room and grabs some colors and other materials to show me. "Here, Look I thought these would be good fabrics to put together for the design"

"This will be just fine" I sip on my coffee once more then glance at the clock, "Mm,Ooo! I gotta go precious I have to meet someone in 15 minutes at Milk." I grab my purse and walk to the stairs.

"Oo, let me help you Sophie" Lizzie runs towards me grabbing my hand.

"Thank you Hon, I got it from here" I reassure her and make it to the door.

"Okay, see you soon!" She yells before I head out the door.

I hurry to my car with my security and hop in the backseat ready to see Dom and let him know the deal.

I successfully dodged the Paps and got into Milk safely without notice and sat at the table he reserved for us. I set my purse in the chair next to me and stare at him and Ben.

"I thought I told you I wanted it to be just us" I grab the menu and glance at it.

"Sophia, you think I give a fuck about your commands?" He sips on the Limeade Cherry sprite. "At least greet the nigga, don't treat him like a stranger"

"Hello Earl" I say bitterly and order my drink. "So, I kno-" he cuts me off.

"You got fat girl, to the point you're waddling.. damn" he shakes his head laughing.

"I'm not fat, I'm pregnant you bastard."

He laughs in disbelief, "I don't know why you telling me this, it's not mine."

"Obviously it is if YOU'RE the last person I had sex with, Oops I'm sorry the person who raped me" I say above a whisper and slam my hand on the table causing others to look.
