Mistletoe

Alex walked into Kara's apartment and looked around to see Kara holding a cake for a second she thought she baked the cake but she seen the box it was originally in. "Kara i brought a mistletoe" Alex grabs a chair banging a nail into the wall slightly above the door and hangs the mistletoe. In confusion Kara looked at Alex like she had gone mad. "Okayy.. but why is it above the door?" Alex rolled her eyes at her sister "If Lena walks through the door and you answer the door then she will have to kiss you under the mistletoe, Duh!" Kara blushed looking away from Alex as her idea was amazing.

Kara was in deep thought as she wanted to kiss Lena so badly that a loud knock on the door woke her up, "Kara see who is at the door!"
Kara used her x-ray vision to see Clark Kent and Diana Prince, Kara wanted to invite her cousin but since his fianceè was Diana Prince, also known as Wonder Woman, they both came. Kara used superspeed to unlock the door and quickly get away leaving her guests confused to her pointing at the mistletoe about the couple. "Ohhh it's a mistletoe so we should kiss" Diana looked at Clark and kisses him gentally then proceeded to walk in as Clark followed behind, "Kara! It's lovely to meet you" Diana hugs Kara and then lets go, another knock was heard and yet again Kara used her x-ray vision to see that it was Winn, James, J'onn, Ruby and Sam. Kara used superspeed to open the door and stepped away point at the mistletoe. The men walked in groaning and ignoring the mistletoe, however Ruby looked up at the mistletoe and kisses Sam on the cheek after that she said that she loves her mum and a 'awwww' was heard from everyone.

It was 6:15 and Kara kept looking at the door, still no sign of Lena. Not eve a text or a phone call to say she couldnt come or was running late, Kara sat on a chair sulking to herself like a lost puppy, Alex looked at Kara sitting next to her she spoke "she will come dont worry.." and after that said a knock was heard, Alex smiled "That must be her!" Kara used her X-ray again to make sure and looked down speaking quietly she said "Just go answer the door..".

Confusion hit Alex as she walked to the door expecting Lena. "Maggie.. i didn't think you'd actually come.." Alex's words were quiet, she didnt want to look at Maggie as she knew she let her go and she dumped Maggie "Alex i didnt come for the party". Alex raises her eyebrows stepping out of the house shutting the door "you didn't? Then why ask to be invited?" With a deep breath Maggie looked at Alex and smiled softly

"I realised that i was wrong.. i do want to have a child with you Alex and im not just saying that so you'll go out with me again...I want a baby." Maggie reached out and held Alex's hands "If i could go back to the time where i said i didn't want a child i'd think about it properly and know that i want one, i want a family, i want to spend my life with you. I never seen myself as a mother because i never seen myself with a man and the normal is to get married to a man have a baby, live happily ever after. That works for most people but not me. I want to be married to you! A woman and have a baby with you. I guess i was scared of having a baby and i shouldn't be scared as i wil have you by my side, i should of never let you let me go over not wanting the same things as i do.. i know that now, We could have a family, we could name our child Micah we could get a dog to keep our baby company! They could be best friends.." Maggie blushes slightly over the thought of Alex being with her for the rest of her life " so.. shall we start over? Get to know each other again.. Friends or back to being girlfriends?" Alex stood there for a while processing what happened then spoke "let's not start over or be girlfrien-" Maggie looked down and turned to walk away "i'm sorry Alex.. i just hoped you still loved me enough to realise i made the worst mistake ever" Alex quickly grabbed Maggies arm and looked at her "Let me finish!" Maggie turned looking at Alex "I want to continue from where we left off. Engaged soon to be married, this time no more heart breaks.. considering we both want the same things why wouldnt i want to be with the most perfect girl again" Maggie let off a huge grin as her eyes teared up "I love you Alex" Maggie leaned in to kiss Alex making Alex back away "Dont you want a kiss?" Alex opened the door pulling Maggie under the mistletoe above the door and smiled "i wanted a holiday kiss with my perfect baby" This made Maggie grin from ear to ear causing everyone to applaud and cheer the perfect couples reunion, the kiss wasnt that short either being apart for a long time made them both realise how much they missed each others touch and love.
