*Shindou continues singing*

Shindou: Jiyuun o, mamoru tame ni
RanTaku: Kagayaiteta, ano firrudo wo
Kirino: Kono te ni torimodosou

Narrator's POV
After a mind-blowing, shocking and tiring day, Ran slept soundly in the car, of course with Shindou and Kirino's infamous silence.
"You can go home, she's fast asleep," Shindou started
Kirino just remained silent.
"Let's make a great family for Ran?"
She remembered what she said. And it just slipped out of her mouth.
It's not that she want it, and it's not that she doesn't want it.
"Do you want me to drop you to your house?"
Silence.
Kirino silently held Ran's hand while she is unconcsiously tugging her dress.
"What are you planning to show...?" She finally asked, anger a little evident in her voice
"What do you...mean? You don't want Ran, and I can make it up so you can live your life without...a child," Shindou stated, completely confused
"Are you saying I don't love having a child with you?!"
Kirino clamped her mouth, while Shindou's lips parted.
"I- I mean, I need to take responsibility too! Even though... we don't know how we had a child... we are temporary parents," Kirino muttered
"You don't want to burden yourself, as your bestfriend... I'll just take care of her, I insist, you can drop the act of being a mother," Shindou said a little disappointed
"And what? Choose Okatsu as her mother?"
That caught Shindou off guard. Red tints became visible in Shindou's face.
"What are you talking about?!!" He said defensively
Kirino let out a laugh, a pained laugh, "See? You love her,"
"Kirino, I'm gonna repeat this, what do you mean?"
Silence is between them again.
"I accept Ran as my child,"
"You...do?" Shindou
"Yes, Shindou can you carry Ran in the room, we're here," Kirino just said
"O-okay,"
They went out of the car, Ran in Shindou's arms.
"I'm gonna take her in my room, she'll freak out if she find out she's alone," Shindou said unable to say anything else.
