Chapter 16: Slip and die
I grab Zach's arm and bring him over to the slip and slide.
"Oooh let's make a game out of it!" I said excitedly
"K. Whatcha thinking of?" He asks
"Well we could slide on our feet making a pose and if you fall, you die, and if you get across without falling, you get a point. The person with the most points wins!" I reply
"It can be called slip and die!" He said
"Yay! Let's get started." I said
"You go first!" I tell him.
He runs for speed and strikes a hero-ish pose.
He slides gracefully across the slide.
"Fine, you get a point." I say with a pouty face.
Zach comes up and give me a short kiss on the lips.
(A/N: Since they are outside, no electricity will go out)
"No pouting!" He said
"Why not?" I ask
"Cuz you would be a sore loser if you do." He replied
"No I wouldn't! I would win! You'll give in to my pouty face and my whine." I reply with my best whine
"Well done, grasshopper. I have taught you well." He said bowing down
We both laugh and start my turn
I strike a model pose and glide across the slide.
"SCORE!" I yell doing a victory lap around Zach.
"My turn!" He yells and strikes a lion pose.
(A/N: Like when your fingers and curled up and spread out!)
He slips halfway and lands on his back.
"I've been hit!" He yelled
"Noooooo!" I yell running towards him.
"No! Save yourself! Let go and be free." He said with his voice becoming fainter
"I'll never let go Jack. But first, lemme take a selfie!" I say grabbing my phone.
We both flash huge smiles and took a picture to remember this day.
"Let's go get some ice cream!" I suggest
"Ok!" He said standing up.
He pick me up bridal style and swings my around.
"What was that for?" I ask still in his arms
"Just practicing!" He said walking me to the car.
"For...?" I ask
"When we get married!"
"When will that happen?"
"When I propose!"
"When will that happen?
"When I buy a ring!"
"Have you bought one?"
"Maybe..."
"Well I will wait. While I wait I will look for the ring!"
"Ok. Have fun looking!"
"Where is it?"
"It's secret!"
"Please tell me!"
"Let's have a scavenger hunt!" He said excitedly
"ERMAHGAWD YAAAASSSS!" I scream!
This will be fun...
