Okay.. So I have decided to do this chapter because I feel that everyone has things that happen in real life that breaks them down and they feel upset, discouraged and depressed. Everyone has felt this way at least one in their lives.. and its normal because we are human.. but what message I want to send out today by writing this chapter is that, don't be afraid of what you are facing. Be brave and face it because you are not alone in this battle and there is always someone by your side helping you out. Cheer up and look at the positive side, everything will be fine if you fight on. If you ever feel this way just look up at the sky. We are under the same sky and so we are all in this together. There is also a song to listen to when you are upset and I think that it is a very meaningful song. Just listen and understand the words, you will understand what I mean. I just want to let you know that I am here for you, if you need someone to talk to. Help to spread this message and help those who need help because everyone needs support no matter what.
