To be able to use things like "PHP" and all those add-ons. Click on "Tools", then on "Plugins" and install at the "Available Plugins" these ones:

To the upper left of your screen you have "file". You need to click on it and create a project. My personal preference is to make one PHP map. Then the rest of my projects in files under it.

When you have created your main map, click on it with your right mouse button to select "folder", name it and in there you will be beginning to write your codes. I have "Allsites" because that is where all my sites are. Click that folder you just named and right-click it again. Select "HTML file" and name it, then press enter.
