I text by holding my phone in my left elbow and typing with my hand, but I have seen other people doing it by holding the phone with their hand and texting with a nub on their stump. I do have a nub, but it's not on the right place to text with.
When playing Mine Blocks, a 2D Minecraft, I use the mouse in my left elbow, while my right hand controls the arrow keys and shift key. If you are a gamer too you can also see about changing the key bindings.
