POEMS GET BETTER THROUGHOUT I PROMISE!
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Take a nail, put it to my forehead and start hammering. Hang me on the wall like a Van Gogh masterpiece and call me art. Stand far away so I look beautiful for once but don't come to close because you'll see my flaws. Put a frame on me and put me next to the others, fore they are their own pieces of art. Then open up your doors and let the people in to adore me from afar, but please don't let them close, fore I am a masterpiece but only from afar and if they do get to close and see my imperfections, tell them my story about how I came to be. About how life throws shit at you and pieces of you get chiseled and smudged. Tell them that the everybody that was around me before you broke me. But then tell them how you fixed me to the best of your abilities with any kind of tools you could use. Lastly, tell them why you think I'm the prettiest masterpiece you've ever owned despite what I think, then escort them to the door and tell them to go out and find their own broken masterpieces to put together and pin up against the wall and tell the people they know the story that they've came to learn.
