Daniel's First Encounter with Noona Part 2

Start from the beginning

Daniel POV :

I could have never imagined going to her house the moment I stepped my foot into ER. But here I am standing at the door, slowly taking my shoes off, in her apartment.

'Make yourself at home,' she said, welcoming me in.

I nodded as I looked around her home.
It's a one bedroom apartment. All the walls are painted in soft white color. There is a TV in the living room, together with a milky colored sofa and a blanket. Beside the TV there are books nicely organized. There are also photos of her going for an overseas trip and also a photo of her during her graduation. The pink fridge caught my attention. She must have loved the color pink.

'Have a look around. I'll just go in and shower,' she said, putting her backpack down on one of the chairs of the small dining table near the kitchen.
'Take your time, noona,' I replied, feeling slightly guilty that I have to burden her like this.
She flashed me a smile and entered her bedroom, closing the door behind her.
I decided to take a seat on the couch in front of the TV. There's a small coffee table in front of the couch and it's full of books. I shook my head, feeling dizzy just by looking at books. Books and I aren't the perfect match. I leaned against the couch, closing my eyes and before I knew it, I drifted off to sleep.

'Daniel. Daniel, wake up,' I hear her soft voice calling.
Lazily I opened my eyes and stretch.
'Tired?' She asked, somewhat amused.
'I made ramyeon. Let's eat,' she invited as I brushed my eyes, forcing myself to be awake.
I could smell the scent fresh scent of milk shower gel coming from her. Her hair is damp and darker in color. She's wearing a black hoodie and a pair of shorts that showed off her flawless thigh. From behind, she looks like a kid. I mentally slapped myself when images of her wearing my hoody pop in my head.

I sat in front of her. She made ramyeon with eggs for us and even prepared the pickled radish as a side dish.
'Eat up,' she said again.
'Thank you, noona' I thanked, once again feeling ashamed that I put her into this, invading her privacy.
It's been a while since I last had ramyeon due to my diet but tonight, screw diet. I slurped the ramyeon in no time, genuinely enjoying it.

'So you're kind of like an idol?' She asked, looking a bit confused after I told her my background.
'Kind of. I'm still officially a trainee though,' I replied.
'So if you win the show, you will debut as an idol?' She asked again. I silently smiled. It's amusing that she doesn't know what's going on today in the entertainment industry.
'Yes. I'll debut with 10 other guys,' I replied.

She shaped her lips into an 'O' indicating that she understood. Somehow the way she looks now made my heart fluttered.

'So what was it like living in the dorms?' She asked as she folded her knee to her chest, resting her chin on her knee as she glances at me.
'It's fun. And tiring at times,' I replied, slightly distracted by her looks. She's cute just sitting like that.
'So you really don't watch TV, huh?' I asked, turning the attention to her.

She giggled, a music to my ear. I think this must be the first giggle I heard from her since we met.

'I do watch TV. But most of the time I ended up sleeping. I guess I'm just tired from work and juggling my studies as well,' she explained.
'I'm sorry I didn't know you. Forgive noona for being left behind in the entertainment news,' she joked, giggling afterward.
'It's not your fault, noona,' I giggled along.
'I can see now that you're popular now that I remember the time the students crowded your bed,' she teased, making me laugh.

She's so different from the time I first so her at the ER. She has this cute sense of humor, making me want to know more of her. I glanced at her, finding myself not able to tear my eyes from her.
