God is love, God is powerful, God is magnificent
never doubt his power for He shall do what He says, in the right time.
i recommend that when you feel that nobody understands or listens to you, speak to God. He will always be available to hear your prayers and He always writes your worries and all that you feel in his big book to help you.
it's a very good method and i love to talk to God, i do it everyday. even if He doesn't responds he listens and understands what you're feeling. He may not do it quickly when you say it but he always keeps his promises.
if you haven't prayed before because you don't feel sure about it or you don't know how to do it, i can teach you some things on how to. just know that it's like talking to a friend or a family member, it's very easy. open up to Him, tell him everything that bothers you, anything you'd like to change and that you need His help.
start thanking him from everything, thank him because you still have life and that you have people who love you.
tell him about your day and how did you feel about certain moments
ask him things like "will it get better?" "will this change one day?" and if you believe enough, it will.
just have faith
faith is a strong word with a deep meaning that when you find it, nothing is impossible.
pray to God and see that there will be changes in your life and in yourself, for the better.
