⭐️enjoy the small stuff

small stuff
what does that mean right?
it's a healthy way to feel good about yourself. even if you're the only one who feels important by a small thing that you accomplished.
you should recognize every little thing you do and be proud about it.



examples:

-when you wake up on time in the morning
-when you do your makeup on fleek
-when you finish your homework on time
-when you got a good grade

every small stuff is important and something to be happy about!


if you do one thing wrong don't punish yourself just move on, like i said in lesson 2.

try to celebrate those little things. to be excited about it and to jump of happiness when you do.
if people say like "why are you so happy about this? it's just a stupid test"

WELL FOR YOU IT ISN'T. IT'S A STEP FORWARD TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

keep up on doing this. it really feels great when you celebrate things even if it's just when you ate everything in your plate.

to be honest, i've done it and i do feel accomplished. i try to do it everyday about every little thing and when i do it is a great feeling.

if people still say stuff to you, ignore it because they don't know how it feels when you've done something you're proud of.
