Holly smiled "i trust you" she said slowly before splashing her brother. "Fu-for gods sake Holly" he laughed standing up "you love me" she said proudly "in small doses" he grabbed a towel and opened it up "time to get out" she frowned "a few more minutes?" Richie nodded and put the towel down
He walked downstairs to find his mother in the kitchen "Hi mom" she looked at him smiling "is Holly bathed?" He shook his head "i was about to get her out but she wanted a few more minutes" she nodded "Holly missed you Richie." The tall boy jumped up onto the kitchen side
"I missed y'all too" he replied after a moment or two. "So what did you do while we were gone?" She started laying plates out on the table with the correct cutlery. "Well i hung out with my friends" he shrugged "met this boy" She paused and looked at him "a boy huh?" He looked at his mother
"Mom would you and dad still love me if i was...yano..." he spoke slowly but couldn't form the right words. She nodded "of course we would. Your uncles gay you know" she smiled and continued to lay the table. "So this boy..." she added "whats he like?"
Richie sighed. "His names Eddie and hes basically a germaphobe." His mom couldn't help but smile. "Oh my dear Richie you do know how to pick them" she shook her head and looked at him "do you like this Eddie?" Richie shrugged "i don't know" his mother walked over to him and placed her hands either side of his face
"Can you see yourself with this boy? As a couple?" She implied. Richie shrugged again. "Alright well whatever you decide to do, me and your dad will support you." She kissed his forehead. "Now go get your sister out of the bath" He nodded in agreement and jumped down running upstairs. He walked into the bathroom and picked the towel up
"Out we get Princess Tozier" she giggled at him and climbed out as he wrapped the towel around her. He helped her get changed before drying her hair. "Can you plait it?" Richie rolled his eyes and sat her down putting his sisters hair into two plaits. One either side. His mom had taught him how so when she was busy he could plait Holly's hair instead.
"There you go" she jumped up smiling. "Thank you thank you thank you!!" She wrapped her arms round his neck tightly. "Alright Holly too much love" he said trying not to choke from the grip of her arms around his neck. She pulled back and ran downstairs. "Mommy look Richie plaited my hair!" She spun round in circles.
