"You were about to sign the papers"

"I...I was scared."

"Of what?"

"He was punching you"

"I made you a promise to me because i knew something like that might happen. But you gave up in just two punches"

"You know what? I am sorry if i can't stand you being beaten up." Haya yelled

Amaan cupped her face in his hands and leaned his forehead against hers.

"At that time, i imagined my life without you. I imagine what would have happened if Nameer and Amreen hadn't shown up. And it sucks because i don't want a life without you"

"Amaan i---"

"I trusted on us. I trusted us to be stronger than just few punches"

Haya raised her hand and stroked his right cheek with her fingers "We are...But i am not strong enough to see you in pain"

"Amaan I..." She bit back the words formed on her lips.

"You what?" Amaan whispered

"I don't wanna lose you." The tears slided down her cheeks as she closed her eyes.

'And i love you' she said internally

He gently stroked her cheeks with his thumbs and shoved away the tears "You won't" he said and dropped a kiss on her forehead.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she pulled him in a hug.

"But you still have to make it up for me" Amaan said

Haya broke the hug and looked at him "Still?"

"Yes"

"But we are ok now"

"No we are not" Amaan sat on his bed and faked anger "I am still angry"

"No you are not"

"I can be" he grinned

"Drama Queen"

"King. You are the queen"

"So what do i have to do to get us back to normal?" Haya asked

"I don't know. Do something" he said shrugging his shoulders

"You are cocky!" Haya growled and strolled out of his room

With a satisfied grin on his face, Amaan stretched his legs comfortably on his bed. Nothing amused him more than annoying Haya.

Zayer knocked thrice before opening the door to Shahana's room.

"Can i come in?" He asked

"Yes Sure" Shahana answered

The door closed behind him as he walked inside.

"Look i remember what we had agreed upon but i can't keep going like this" Zayer said

Shahana stood up from the couch and walked to him "What are you saying?"

"I am going to tell Haya everything today"

Shahana's eyes filled with horror "Bu..But we had decided to not tell her anything till her wedding. Why would you do that?" She said

"Because i can't lie to her anymore. All she wants is truth."
