So this time, I used real digital art software, NOT ms paint. I did do the line work traditionally then scanned it into my computer, but everything else is on the computer.
I used Corel Painter Essentials 5, it's a pretty good program. Also, I just used my computer mouse, i didn't feel like getting my tablet out.
