Franklin Ernest "Trigger Happy" Merriman, a private investigator for a local investigation firm bearing his name in downtown Los Angeles, is searching for a slew of suspects who have committed justice in all areas of the United States of America... and ponders with his right hand over his chin. As the found-er of Merriman Investigations, Frank realizes how solving each investigation involving the criminal and his and/or enemies subside within the suspect. "There each one of my goons go... and they have come and seen one whacked-out goon after another," he says.

Carrying his lightweight, .500 caliber semi-automatic revolver hand gun nicknamed "Interrogator," Frank is on duty, chasing one crook after another. He and his juvenile partner in crime, a five-year-old boy detective named Scott Bryan Merriman, are battling the enemies of law enforcement, all of whom have committed crime in the Greater Metropolitan Los Angeles area.

Frank tells his Merriman Investigations crony Wade Erwin Jefferson, "Time for crime! Go frank!"

"You're interrogating and solving the mysteries concerning criminals young and old alike," says Wade Jefferson, a.k.a. "Blade."

On the wall at Merriman Investigations headquarters, there is a finger gun in the style of a silhouette inside a blue police-department badge-shaped background; and the men and women of his detective agency are cracking the cases Frank has imagined since he was born July 5, 1998 in Santa Monica.

Wade stares at the Merriman Investigations emblem on the wall and asks, "Is this the finger gun you have on your badge?"

"Yes," answers Frank.

"I dare you to go frank and catch Leonard Hackett, a 50-year-old racketeer who is accused of sacking 11 pickpockets in a federal-mafia incident in Santa Monica," warns Wade the Blade.

"I'm carrying the .500 caliber semi-automatic Interrogator with me in my holster," proclaims Frank.

"Detective Merriman, I dare you to...," Wade the Blade shouts.

Frank then fires Wade the Blade with his .500 caliber semi-automatic revolver hand gun and walks out toward the Merriman Investigations parking lot, having driven away in his Merriman Crosshairs luxury sports coupe.

On his way to Burbank, Wade the Blade is hospitalized and needs to recover in as little as two weeks at a medical center; and Frank is driving his luxury sports coupe to The Walt Disney Studios lot, where Frank's son Scott Merriman, a child investigator specializing in controversial investigations involving his students from the Prestyn Merriman Elementary School, where Principal Prestyn Merriman, age 34, works on a full time basis.

"What time is it?" asks Scott.

While Scott is rehearsing for his role as a juvenile shamus in an upcoming Disney family film, Frank correctly answers, "It's quarter after two in the afternoon."

"Inept for arrest," Scott declares, "my mission is to help Wade 'Blade' Jefferson fight white-collar and blue-collar enforcement in L.A. in you quest to be frank.

"Let me tell you what your agendas are in the coming years."

"Here in the studio," Frank demands, "the actors who commit larceny, arsons, counterfeit, shoplifting and other forms of crime right here in Southern California barely get each other arrest by police rook-ies, once and for all.

"Right now, I am carrying my .500 caliber Interrogator on certain types of assignments in which the L.A. Police Department commissioner guides me through more cases involving those criminals within reach of justice. I am placing the Interrogator inside my Merriman Investigations holster whenever the tyranny of enforcement comes to fruition. This weapon can fire as many Frank Jolts - electrical bullets carrying electrodes inside the human body..."

"But what 'bout Wade? Is he recovering?" asks Scott.

Frank answers, "Yes, Scott. Wade 'Blade' Jefferson is still in surgery right now."

As Scott Merriman returns to acting, the director using a megaphone announces, "Lights... cameras... and... JUSTICE!"

With the producer holding a clapboard in his hands, filming on Scott's big-screen debut titled "The Boy Who Infiltrated Prestyn Merriman" begins at The Walt Disney Studios; and Frank watches him and his fellow cast members kidnap Principal Macdonald "Mac" Kingman.

Broderick Foxworthy, age seven, helps Scott, Wayne Seder, Julianne Klinger, Bob "Bry" Klinger and Jayce Houseman murder an elementary school principal who conducts all areas of kindergarten-orien-ted work.

"Cut!" shouts director Geoff Haldeman.

"I am anxious about Detective Merriman's involvement in many cases," Sam Huxley tells Haldeman on the set of "The Boy Who Infiltrated Prestyn Merriman."

"Every time Detective Merriman fights crime with his revolver hand gun called the Interrogator, he is going after the goons committing the law.

Haldeman replies, "Let's face it. Detective Merriman is in a state of flux as he beats up the men who slam organized crime toward oblivion right now. I will look at the articles concerning juvenile crime in the Los Angeles Times; and, since Detective Merriman always gets his man, proving you go after him - or he will chase everyone else vying for crime."

"I will follow Frank's case," says Sam.

Frank returns to his luxury car and drives away back to his hometown of Santa Monica, getting ready for the world premiere of an ABC Television Network series called "UPZONE," in which the host of a hit prime time quiz show shares his love of television with his wife and seven boys.

Four months later, in November 2017, Frank stops by the headquarters of Universal Music Group and tracks down a couple of UMG executives, including Ben Huckabee, who presides over Mercury Records and Interscope Geffen A&M Records. As soon as Frank arrives, Ben tells him, "I've been an employee of Universal Music since 2000, when I handled the capabilities involving A&R, artist development and marketing at Island Records. Enough said!"

"Big Ben Huckabee, it's time for you to go frank!" Frank warns.

"You have been expected to murder me when it comes to working at UMG," Ben replies, "'cause you're carrying... the Interrogator?"

"If you don't continue your career at this company," swears Frank, "you're getting your boss Dean F.X. Adelman infiltrated by farce!"

"That's the name I refer to. Merriman?"

"Call me 'Trigger Happy,'" Frank answers.

As Frank and Ben walk through the UMG corridors, the latter tells him, "Frank, I dare you to murder my fellow Universal Music Group confidant at Capitol Music Group, Sean Haggle, while I'm working on a string of new Capitol Records, Interscope, Island, MCA Nashville and GRP artist signings."

"Let the security guard know you've been infiltrated," says Frank.

"Let me explain, you trigger happy private dick you," Ben jokes. "You've been bamboozling toward the crooks who steal Simon's case papers at Merriman Investigations when it comes to solving the case of David Adelman, who guides Capitol/UMG through many diverse musical acts, giving the executives at Capitol Music under Vivendi's administration.

"What really happens to Adelman shot down by you is a dangerous job!"

"Quiet down, Ben, or I'll beat you up!" Frank banters.

"I, Frank 'Trigger Happy' Merriman, P.I., will investigate the evidence and bring you and the great Dean Adelman to justice."

"Is this a quiz?" Ben interrogates.

"Keep you mouth zipped up," warns Frank once more.

"You are such a tough jackass who's slamming law enforcement as a secret weapon. Ben, it's time you are being murdered within a couple of hours. Proving what happens in an investigation involving you and Dean Adelman."

Then the security guard shoots Ben in the head, stomach and left and right arms with a .100 caliber revolver hand gun. Ben then would fall on the corridor floor.

"He's dead," says Frank.
