The Gangleader and Me

It's Monday and I'm getting ready for School. I feel really weak I didn't eat all weekend. When I heard those girls at the grocery store I decided to lose some weight, so I'm not gonna eat and go to the gym everyday because I don't want to be ugly or fat, I just want to be pretty.

So I get out of bed and put my glasses on and start getting ready. First I pick out my  outfit. I'm wearing a long sleeve black shirt and skinny jeans and my white high tops. Then I go into the bathroom to do my daily routine, after that I'm all done so I go downstairs with my backpack and walk my dog and then I'm off to school.

Once I'm at school I go to my locker and get my books and then I'm off to my Math class, once I'm in the class I spot Kimberly and I sit next to her
"Hi Ayla!" Amberley says
" Hi how are you" I say back. She looks at me and frowns then says.
"I'm good but how are you, you look kinda of pale today. Oh no can she tell?
" Yea I'm fine just tired" I reply. She looks at me with a sad smile. She looks like she was about to say something but she was cut off by the teacher that came in. So today is the day where we get all the work piled on us because we are seniors and "We can handle it" every teacher says but that a lie because almost every night I cry because of the amount of homework I have. Do teachers understand that we have other classes and we have work from them too because I don't think they know this.

I am brought out of my thoughts when the bell rings. Dang I think a lot. I gather my stuff and walk out of my class on my way to my locker. As I'm walking someone grabs my arm and drags me to the girls bathroom. I look up to see Amberley, I look up to her and ask " Why did you bring me in here?"
"Tell me the truth and don't say because your tired, why are you so pale?" She says.
" I don't know what you talking about."I reply. " I know your lying I saw you in class you looked like you were about to pass out so please tell me the truth." I huff off and decide to tell her. " I haven't ate since Friday okay?" She eyes widen and she says " Why haven't you ate." She asks.
" Because I'm fat." I say and look down to my feet. " Why would you think that?" She asks. " Because on Saturday morning I went to the grocery store and a few girl said that I was fat ugly and that my skin was ugly." I say with tears threatening to come out " I just want to be pretty why can't I be pretty I mean look at me my hair my skin my weight, Why can't I just be pretty?" I cry. She looks at me with tears of her own rolling down her face then says " Ayla you are so pretty I promise and don't change just because so stupid girls said some mean things because people with hate you, break you, and even shake you down, but it's your job to overcome all of that." She says as tears roll down both our faces. " Thank you." I say. Se smiles at me and says "No problem." We hug then out of nowhere a toilet flushes and Mia comes out with a evil smirk and says." Amberley why are you lying to the poor girl, you know that the girls at the grocery store were right just look at her she honestly really is ugly." She says evilly. Amberley looks at me the back at Mia and says" Oh my god can you shut he fuck up like God your so annoying Ayla is not Ugly you are with your whore ass and you tight ass clothing" Amberley finishes and Mia just looks At both me and Amberley and say " Watch your backs." Then storms out I look at Amberley and start laughing and say " Damn I didn't think you would do that but thank you I never really had someone stand up for me like that." Kimberly gives me a small smile and says " Well now you have a bestfriend who will stand up for you anytime." She smiles then gives me a hug. " Amberley?" I ask. She hums a reply. " How did you know something was wrong with me when you looked at me?" She let's out a shaky breath before continuing to say " Because I was you when I started to date Mason, there was some really mean girls that said that I was ugly and to fat for him." She says. " How did you get through it." I ask. " Mason he found out what was happening and he said that I was perfect for him and that he would never leave me for those reasons. I smile at how cute they are together. " Come on we have to get to English because we are really late." She chuckles. We walk out of the bathroom and walk our way to English oh how I hate this class. When we get in the class I see Ryan and the minions and Mia sitting right next to Ryan and whispering something in his ear as she smirks at me. I take my seat next to Amberley. Me and her just play tic tac toe through the class because we both hate this class. Then the bell rang and I packed up my stuff and walked out I was in my way to my lunch spot but I was being pulled by Amberley to the cafeteria and a was ploped down at Ryan's table with Mia why is she here I really don't like her at all she is just a bitch. I was talking to Amberley when I look out of the corner of my eye I see Ryan look at me. I look down at my lap and wonder why he is looking at me is it because I too fat or ugly? For the fear of lunch I look down and at my lap and fiddle with my fingers.

It's almost the end of the day I'm in P.E and with Amberley and the boys but the boys are behind us. We are running laps and me and Amberley are just talking but I feel lightheaded and weak so I start to slow down and try to catch my breath, but I can't and my eyes start to get dark and then all I can see is dark and then I'm out.
