REBIRTH (The Return of Dinah Laurel Lance)

Character Introductins

Dinah Laurel Lance/Black Canary/Black Siren

Both Laurel Lance's have a lot in common both are resilient, and family oriented and both had self defense classes their whole lives but Black Siren took her training above and beyond. However for Black Siren her father died when she was 13 years old killed by a drunk driver. Her mother was hardly ever around. Her childhood best friend and boyfriend Oliver died out on the gambit. Her ex girlfriend Helena was gone and Oliver's sister Thea that she was next closest to died from the complication of aids and drugs. (Thea is based off Mia Deardon) she had lost everything in Starling City so she moved to Central City for a fresh start that is where she gained her Sonic scream but all of these deaths set her on a dark park. Oh and Black Siren never had a sister. Black Siren felt she had no purpose in anymore she was recruited by Hunter Zolomon aka Zoom because of her special power and her special ability she was a great fighter and she became a top lutient in Zoom's army. They even had a fling.

Laurel had a pretty good life. Her best friend was Thea and she had her adopted loyal sister Sara Li Lance. Laurel's mother Dinah Drake Lance was the Black Canary before Laurel took on the Mantle. Since Laurel's father was a cop he thought the girls should take up self defense classes so they did. However Dinah Drake Lance being the vigilante she was at the time trained the two girls so Laurel was an exceptionally great fighter but she was sweet and kind and had a great job as a lawyer. However her life was cut short because she was fighting bombers and saving civilians. She sacrificed herself to save her sister. Laurel was very good friends with Iris West because both their dad's were cops both are older sisters and because they sometimes teamed up as Lawyer/Reporter. 

Sara Li Lance White Canary

  Sara Li was only an infant when she lost her parents in a house fire, and due to the closeness of her parents to Dinah and Quinten Lance - Sara was adopted by them. Growing up with the Lance family she grew more and more closer to them. Laurel was her best friend and it felt great having people after something as tragic as losing your family. Life is all dandy until her new family starts to fall apart. After finding out about her mother's legacy as the White Canary, Dinah Drake helped train her and help her become the new White Canary, fighting alongside her adoptive mother who opposing as the Black Canary. Soon Quinten finds out about their secret vigilante work and that starts of the road to a divorce with his wife. Not long after Dinah falls sick and is unable to be the Black Canary - This is when Laurel Lance takes over. It doesn't take long before the Canary sisters are both working with the Green Arrow who just so happened to be Laurel's ex-boyfriend/best friend. The work with the GA was far more dangerous, especially with his past enemies. One of these enemies one day causes the death of Dinah Laurel Lance whilst Sara is away saving the future with a team of anti-heroes and newbees. Almost instantly after hearing the tragic news Sara comes back home and is ready to avenge her sister. But oh, no, wait! There's Laurel's doppleganger from earth-2 who calls herself Black Siren who came to cause chaos on earth-1 at the demand of Zoom. Oliver has an idea, a way to get rid of Black Siren and bring back their Laurel but it's easier said than done. Sara Li-Lance is forced to chose the way her big sister would if she was in her position.  (I owe this description to Sage because she came up with it)

Thea  Deardon Queen/Speedy

Thea Oliver's maternal half sister and Tommy's paternal half sister. She had some trouble with the law. She fell into a depression after she heard her brother Oliver died. She rebelled and became depressed. She turned to drugs partying and alcohol to solve her problems. She felt as though no one cared about her. When she was arrested for her third dui Laurel offers to help her. Thea resists at first but actaully feels as though Laurel really cares about her and Laurel does. Thea and Laurel have grown quite close since Oliver was pronounced dead. Then when Oliver returns Thea starts to act out again and lash out. Laurel is there for her through all of it. She is all ready the Black Canary. Thea has been through so much (For those of you watched the show I am using simular background for Thea) Now when she loses Laurel she does not know what to do but then she meets Black Siren. Thea also ends up going to rehab where she meets Roy.

Oliver Jonas Queen/Green Arrow (In this story he never cheated on Laurel with Sara that was dumb on the writers) 

Oliver was a rich boy who who slept around but was never with Laurel. When him and Laurel finally got together he changed his ways and became a better person he was the most joyous person around her. Even Moria told Laurel that he liked who Oliver was when she was with her. When the news comes back Oliver had died and then come back from the dead for five years everyone was shook up. He trained on the island and survived for himself. His mom hired him a body guard John Diggle. Oliver had been through a lot from watching his dad sacerfice himself to Tommy dying and now he has to deal with the death of Laurel. Now he and the rest of team Arrow have to deal with this new meta human Black Siren who they discover is Laurel's doppleganger. 

John Diggle/Spartan

John is the body guard turned best friend and partner in crime to the Green arrow/ Oliver Queen. Diggle is the voice of reason and is dedicated to protecting his city and he is a huge family man. He is good in basic hand to combat and good with guns because of his military back ground. He trains with Oliver and looks for other outlets to train since he is no where near the level of fighting Oliver Laurel and Sara are at but he isn't bad either. He has improved with time.

Felicity Megan Smoak/(BTW she will be fleshed out more and be a computer girl and her and Oliver will me in a similar fashion but she won't be the babbling idiot she is she will get character growth and no Oracle like story line) 

Felicity was a sectary for Walter at Queen's consolidated she was very officiant in her job. She had a back ground in computers and hacking. Oliver did his homework on her and he took his bullet hole computer to her fix. Fast forward a few months later Oliver Felicity and Diggle for team Arrow. Felicity learns later that Laurel and Sara are the Canary team. They join forces. Felicity Laurel and Sara all become great friends and Felicity is happy to have some female friends. However this goes south when Laurel dies and she meets Black Siren Laurel's doppleganger.

Roy Harper/Arsenal

He is half Native American comes from the Navajo tribe. His mom was white. Her wear about are unknown (I changed some things so that Roy Harper is played by an actual Native American actor in my story so I race bent Roy Harper) He was raised on the Navajo reservation there he was taught many things. He was taught archery basic survival training and how to fight. He had a fairly good life. Until one day his family was killed by fire. He didn't know what to do so he moved to the Glades which is the ghetto part of Starling City. He knew how to survive on his own. However he was lonely and depressed. So he started using drugs and stealing to cope. His drug of choice was heroine and he turned. After his fifth arrest on heroine it was either spend ten years in the slammer or rehab. Thankfully he decided rehab. He started going to teen support groups and that is where he met Thea.

Well those are all my character introductions. I had to make some updates because I wanted to change a lot of things from the show because of how Arrow has treated people so I race bent Sara and Roy to add diversity. Which I all ready explained and for those of you that didn't know White Canary is Asian not white. Plus its my story so I get to have control over it lol. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy what it.
