I Won't Stop.

Depuis le début

"He would take both my mom and I to hikes, and sometimes would take me with him to his workplace, he worked at a record store, he showed and played so many different songs that I love to this day."

I then asked the one question which made me soon regret.

"Where is he now?"

His smile faded and his eyes narrowed, I instantly felt guilty for asking but before I could apologize he responded;

"Fuck if I know."

"What?" I was too confused before I realized that I should've just kept my mouth shut but I want to know.

"He abandoned us! Is that what you wanted to hear?!?"

I felt the tingly feeling in my nose as soon as he lashed out like that. I blinked a few times so I could not cry.

"Sorry..." I murmured.

I looked away then mentally hit myself. How stupid! To ask such painful questions especially when he took the time to take me out.

He put his arm around me, pulling me close to him, then put his head onto my shoulder.

"I'm sorry." He quickly said before I had the chance to make any reaction.

"I'm sorry too." I rested my head against his.

"No, don't be. You were only curious, there was no need to lash out at you like that. Sorry." He lifted his head up a bit to kiss my chin.

"Oh." Feeling flushed I just nodded and continued to look at the landscape ahead of us.

-Meanwhile (Normal POV)-

Jorel was listening to the soundtrack that he, Aron and Jeff have made.

"It's not bad." Jorel commented.

"Not bad?!? We worked hard on this!" Jeff shouted slamming his fist onto the table.

"Shut up Shady. As Jorel said, it's not bad but it's also not good. It's missing something." Aron spoke out.

"Missing? Like what?"

"It's not the song but rather the lyrics, they're rather weak."

"Hey, you wrote them."

Aron glared at Shady then turned to Jorel.

"Didn't you wrote some lyrics in the past?"

Jorel thought about it then remembered something.

"Well... Back in our own place, before the maid meddled in... I would be sometimes in the basement writing."

"So they were in our basement?" Aron asked in disbelief.

"No, since I tore it up anyway so I doubt those tore up lyrics will be there."

Aron sighed then threw a black notepad at him.

"Well, write it down again if you can."

Jorel rolled his eyes as he picked up the pad that landed on his face.

"I'll try."

"Thanks man. Hope you can come up with something much better."

J didn't respond, he just continued to scribble onto his notebook. Aron and Jeff were working on the song while arguing on what else was missing and what not.

J just tuned them out, he continued and sighed when he couldn't get the words he wanted out, he tried to remember what he wrote on his old notebook back at the house but he can't seem to.
