New key: (D/N) your real dad's name, cause the other one was evil so its just a random dad but the mum is still your mum.

Lights flashed past the window as your eyes flickered open. You where in the car on your way to an airport. Stretching your arms and rubbing your eyes you groaned internally, remembering what happened last night. The next day your parents had told you dad will basically be staying with another family. By this point you didn't care about your dad. Your mum told you that you where moving to Ohio - IN AMERICA. Turns out your mum had been going out with a guy who lived half way across the world for a while now. You couldn't be bothered to argue with them, it seemed they had been planning this for more time then you realized. But yeah, you where on your way to the airport and then America. All things considered you and Tyler decided it was best to leave this all behind. School was depressing, and your house was far from a home. Maybe it was a good change but for now you where extremely exhausted about everything, so you just went along with it even if you weren't really sure if you wanted to go.

Looking over to Tyler you saw he was still asleep, and almost automatically he woke up because of your heavy gaze. He gave you another weird look that said "you good?" You shrugged and nodded at the same time, causing a Tyler to chuckle. You didn't know where your life was going right now, but at least you had your brother.

Your mum caught your eye in the rear-view mirror and gave you a reassuring smile. Yes, you had suffered months of continuous anxiety in your own home caused by her cries and yells, but you still loved and trusted her. She was the one that was dumped, you soon found out. Apparently dad had known that other family for a while. Basically he was cheating. You returned the smile as a way to let her know you forgave her.

"We are almost at the airport, but we are gonna be staying in the hotel for the night and getting the plane tomorrow"

You hummed in reply and your mum continued, "(D/N) is looking forward to see you, you will have your own rooms in the new house and he says he's got you guys some presents for a sort of 'welcome to your new home' gift"

"Do we have to call him dad?" Tyler said almost sassily. "No sweetie, only if you want to. I'm sorry this has been so forced on you guys. I wish we could have communicated more but you know how dad is and-"

"Mum don't worry we forgive you completely" You said sternly. "Yah we love you and I think dad is a right idiot for cheating" Ty added. We kept talking happily all the way to the airport and when we got to the hotel you collapsed on the fluffy bed, and fell asleep instantly. Tomorrow will be a big change ;-;
