Target 12 - Plain Pain: Vongola Style Pt. 4

Start from the beginning

At the very end of it, was another secret room hidden behind mist flames enforced with lightning flames to make sure they could not be broken through by accident. The half-mist guardian waved his trident over the wall briefly, which made the illusion break and show the hidden door.

Verde pushed up his glasses, the others waiting (im)patiently behind him. "I'll be watching. We'll see what kinds of flames they have and how strong they are. That is it- I might pick and prod at the stronger ones later. Chrome and Mammon will take care of the girls as they seem to be more accepting of Tsunayoshi now," he explained.

The others nodded, sans Hayato who 'tch'ed and Hibari who 'hn'ed as he did. "Are you sure about this?" Shamal asked, slouching slightly. "Chrome and Mammon will be able to find out the strength and type of deathperation flame, but what about this?"

"Are you sure that they'll be alive at the end of this little experiment?" Shamal pressed onwards. Verde smirked at the questions. The doctor was right; they wouldn't leave unscathed out of this experiment and if things went south then they wouldn't leave at all.

Forever forgotten- another couple of corpses rotting at the bottom of the infectious waters running through the catacombs. "Variables, doctor Shamal. Variables. Change. Everything," Verde answered.

Beginning to doubt this decision himself, Hayato gulped slightly. Who knew what Verde would do this time? "Hopefully, Jyudaime doesn't find out," the silver haired male muttered, running a hand through his hair quickly.

Hibari looked over at his fellow guardian and grunted in response, seemingly agreeing with the silverette. If Tsuna ever were to find out, they would get it good. A one-sided fight, which Mukuro and Hibari often gained whenever they fought anywhere besides the training room which was specifically made for the two.

The training room was coated in lightning flames, their hardening factor making it less likely for the two to destroy anything. Another flame which is used, is the cloud flames with their propagation factor to instantly patch up holes in the floor, ceiling and walls.

Multiplying the materials, if you will. Shivering at the mere thought of his boss' wrath, Hibari turned back to the spectator room. "Test Subject #1: Kensuke Mochida. Age 18, male, 180cm, approximately 67 kg," they heard Verde say through the intercom, echoing through the hall.

Closing the door behind them, Shamal listened to the other "test subjects'" personal information. "...Test Subject #5: B2. Age 17, male, 178cm, approximately 60kg," the arcobaleno droned on.

"Analysis complete. By the data I have collected, I conclude that Test Subject #1: Kensuke Mochida has caused the most harm to Tsunayoshi. He will be left in the hands of Hibari Kyoya while Test Subject #2: Kaneda Osamu who is second to Subject #1 will be in the hands of Rokudo Mukuro."

Hibari smirked, pressing the cool metal of his tonfas flush against his forearms with a deathly grip. Mukuro clenched his trident, a smirk covering his features. "Kufufufu~ I'm not quite happy with this outcome but it'll have to do, kufufu~" Mukuro commented.

"Hn," Hibari replied (pineapple herbivore, shut up and deal with it, hn). After everyone was given a person to torment, the doors all simultaneously opened and closed after they entered the rooms.

Holding back nothing, Hibari slammed his heel into Mochida's chest and heared a slight crack as he did. This seemed to shock the boy out of his unconsciousness, having him gasp in surprise and pain. When the kendo champion saw where he was, he shrieked.

Standing above him was the demon prefect of the school, the cloud guardian of the Decimo and the strongest of the guardians, Hibari Kyoya with his chosen weapons in hand. Thankfully, the rooms were all soundproofed along with the doors, ceilings and floors.
