Laxus???

Chapter 2

3rd POV- Masters Office

Earlier that afternoon

Master was in his office muttering to himself as he normally would when he got word that team Natsu had returned from a job. Every time it would be something destroyed or someone needing compensation for some legal problem that they caused, and now that they are mostly doing missions with Lisanna is gotten worse like they are just trying to cause damages.

-KNOCK KNOCK-

Master Makarov looked startled being yanked out of his thoughts "Ahem" he cleared his throat "come in" it was pretty unusual for him to be bothered in his office like this. The door opened almost silently and to Makarovs surprise his grandson walked in. "Laxus.." Makarov started almost scholdingly "I know I'm not supposed to be here, I just came to talk about something important I thought you should know" Makarov sighed knowing that if something caused his grandson to come back then it couldn't have been good. He took a minute to cast the silencing spell he kept on hand when he was talking about possible sensitive information, No one outside of the office could hear anything happening within the office or vice versa no one inside the office could hear anything happening outside. It also nullified any spells or magical objects used to listen and/or record anything. "Alright, what is it." He said gesturing to the chair in front of him. Laxus shuffled forward dogging literal knee sized stacks of paperwork, settling himself on the old chair in front of Makarovs desk. He looked around and sighed it hasn't changed much from when he was a kid. The walls were the same wooden paneling that the rest of the guild has, but the walls were covered in pictures and memorabilia from different moments in his past some as old as from when Laxus was little and of course the annual pictures from the parade and the pageant though leaving out the ones from the time Laxus tried to take over the guild. It still caused a heart wrenching feeling to think that he ever treated his family like that. Clearing his throat focusing his mind back at the problem at hand he turned back to Makarov with a serious expression "I've heard word on the road about a dark guild that popped up on the edge of Bosco, with a very worrying obsession with fairy tail. Typically I would just ignore petty gossip but I heard a whisper of them having something to do with Zeref, And to be honest it worried me especially with the crimes that have been associated with these people Gramps. The amount of torturing and murder that these people are capable of it has been increasing every week. I'm worried that they are going to come after the guild and I don't want anything to happen." Silence filled the air as none of them spoke for a while. Suddenly The silence was interrupted by a piercing scream. Laxus froze chills running up and down his body, that scream who was screaming and why did he want to protect them so badly? Not even seconds after the scream erupted, Makarov and Laxus were up and at the balcony looking down on the main level of the guild, both of them gasping in both shock and disbelief. Lucy was on the ground and covered head to toe in blood, burns, and cuts her hair was soaked in booze from the bottles being thrown at her. Laxus started flickering with electricity and suddenly appeared in front of Lucy picking her up gently in his arms and checking for a pulse. Master expanded into his giant form jumping in front of Laxus and Lucy Swinging his arm sending the others back into the wall on the other side of the guild immediately there was an up roar about how she deserved it, she hurt Lisanna, or she was weak and Master was filled with sorrow for this poor girl and all she has had to indore. He turned to Laxus with a heavy heart. You need to get her out of here and save her. I don't know. How or why they are acting like this but she is not safe here." Laxus was about to object and say no why would he take her because she hates him. They all do but something made him stop, something made him nod and rush towards the door faster than anyone could blink. Though the second he got through the doors with her, he immediately had no idea what to do or where to take her. He absolutely could not treat her wounds. In the distance he heard laughing and talking. His eyes widened as he saw four figures in the distance. 'It was those blue haired girls and that metal dragon slayer. Wait a minute wasn't that small one a healer.' Laxus thought to himself. He started to run forward at this point Lucy's blood was dripping down his arms he was worried he wouldn't have much time.

With Wendy, Juvia, Gajeel, and Carla

After the Mission Juvia was pretty exhausted, She had to use her water whip to hold the villain while Gajeel knocked them out and that took a good bit of time. Still it was nice to spend some time away from the guild with as chaotic as it has been with Lisanna back. Weirdly enough that the three of them were, well I guess four if you count Carla, as a team their normal partners were either too busy with Lisanna or wanting to go on jobs with her instead. They had tried to invite Lucy since Team Natsu had been ignoring her for the last couple months, she just smiled at them and said "No thanks guys, I'm going to wait and see if Natsu wanted to go in this one with me. You guys enjoy yourself though. Good luck and stay safe ya?" So they had left, and were all kind of worried about her the whole time, these last couple of months had been the hardest for her. So here they were walking back to the guild hoping to rest for a while. Once they were in eyesight of the guild they could already hear the ruckus of the guild. Wendy Looked up at the taller two giggling well they sure seem to be lively now doing they. Both Gajeel and Juvia chuckled but before they could say anything they heard the doors of the guild slam open and Laxus ran out with something in his arms. "Wait why is Laxus..." Wendy stopped and sniffed the air blood draining from her face "Blood I smell blood, lots of it and Lucy." The four of them froze before immediately racing towards the guild.
