aries
- definitely something that makes you feel weak
- aries are very strong people who don't like feeling powerless
- pennywise would most likely take the form of something like your angry parents or the death of a loved one you can't do anything about

taurus
- an unsuccessful future for you or something to deal with you being lazy
- taurus' are some of the most hardworking little shits i've ever met so being lazy would scare them tbh
- things like being fired, a bad grade, living in their friends' garage, etc. would scare them

gemini
- honestly something to limit their communicative abilities
- like becoming mute, watching as something awful happened to a loved one, etc. would be their biggest fear
- gems are very talkative, outgoing people so not being able to voice their opinions or speak up isn't their style

cancer
- anything bad happening to a friend, family member, pet, animal, etc. is what i would guess
- cancer's are very motherly in general so they are protective towards their loved ones naturally
- if pennywise was going to scare them, he'd probably threaten them with their friends/family

leo
- something that humbles/brings them down or highlights their insecurities
- leo's tend to be prideful so exposing their insecurities would be scary to them
- embarrassment would be another fear for them

virgo
- something that shakes them tbh
- virgo's like coming off as prepared and level headed so feeling unprepared or uncultured would be a common fear
- disappointing people they look up to would be another

libra
- probably something lowkey shallow actually
- libra's are people pleasers and sweeties at heart so something like wearing a bad shade of eyeshadow or forgetting to bring their friends sweater back to them would be a fear
- they hate disappointing people, much like virgos so they might have a similar fear

scorpio
- scorps def value their mystery, so being exposed would scare them
- their s.o. going through their phone, having embarrassing pics leaked, someone telling a secret of theirs, etc. would all be scorpio fears
- scorpios also dislike feeling weak so something similar to aries wouldn't be shocking

sagittarius
- dark rooms, being trapped, kidnappings, death, etc. are all common fears for sagittarians
- sag's are adventurers at heart so being confined to one place would be be the most pleasant
- i could also see a sag being claustrophobic

capricorns
- similar to virgos and libras, they hate disappointing people, but more so they hate mess
- not just messy rooms but disorganization in all parts of their lives
- something like not being able to raise a grade, feuding friends forcing them to take a side, not being able to master a skill, etc. would be some fears

aquarius
- they hate being "normal" per say
- aquas hella value their originality so falling into a category or stereotype isn't their vibe
- the zombie apocalypse might also be an aquas fear tbh they're pretty strange people ngl

pisces
- pisces, like cancer's, value the safety of their loved ones, but not on an as extreme level
- pisces might fear being in an eternal writers block or being unable to create in general
- they're also huge dreamers so not achieving anything they dream of would be scary

i know these fears aren't really things that pennywise could turn into per say, but anyone can be scared of something like a bug and these are supposed to be personalized for each sign. so just pretend okay :)
